These beers were purchased at Westside Market  for $2.29 a bottle.  I will definitely be drinking this again this summer, possibly in California or next to a lake.  I prefer drinking this when it is hotter outside, and maybe with some BBQ from Dinosaur. When you buy this beer, you expect a light, crisp, fruity, very clean tasting beer, and that is what you get.  The citrus note is in the back of the throat, which means that it is really a smell that you experience when you drink it. ![]()  The beer is quite light in body, with a citrus/orange note.  It’s clear that Harpoon tried to make a white hefeweizen, for lack of a better descriptor. Other posts out there in the interwebs tag this beer to be a direct competitor to Blue Moon.  So, we grabbed 6 of the UFO White to change it up, and its lighter body was just what we were looking for.  Winter is slowly lifting around here, and we got tired of drinking the heavier bodied ales typical of winter.  This first time I had this beer was at a neighborhood bar on tap, and we have subsequently purchased the beer in bottles to drink at home.
